This is beef bacon, unseasoned and a refreshing choice for those that do not want pork. We love to put black pepper on it and lightly coat it with maple syrup and fry it. DO NOT try to microwave any of our bacon. It comes out rubbery and does not microwave well at all…… Bake it in the oven !!!!!
