Are you a subscription service?

NO, we are not a subscription service.

 

Is there a "buy-in" like in a co-op?

NO, with us there is NO buy-in.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

Our usual time frame is slightly over 2 weeks, as we harvest the beef following the order and then age it for 2 weeks.

 

Who inspects your grass fed beef, pastured pork and organic chicken ?

Where are your farms located?

We have small farms, usually less than 100 acres each, they are dotted up and down the Appalachian mountain chain from the Southwest corner of Virginia to the Upstate of South Carolina.

 

Have you ever had a recall?

NO, we have never had a recall and our processes all but eliminate that possibility.

 

How long will the food last?

The USDA states 48 months. However, we prefer you enjoy our food within 24 months.

 

What areas do you service?

We service the lower 48 states. Unless you are in the Local to Charlotte (delivered by one of our employees) we ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS and a shipping fee will be applied to the order. Please note that we have have a ONCE SHIPPED No return, No Refund Policy.

 

Do you ever just bill my credit card?

NO, we do not have access to your credit card information.

Are you a Green Company?

Yes, we are a carbon neutral company.

Where is the company located?

We are located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Do you have a Bricks and Mortar store?

No, in order to keep our prices affordable we are an online store only.

How does your food arrive?

Our food arrives by either one of our drivers, UPS or FedEx. It is in a cardboard box if local and an insulated box if shipped by a major carrier. The insulated box is to ensure our food remains frozen through the shipping process.
